Established in Omaha, Nebraska, Lockwood Development is a full-service commercial real estate company with a particular emphasis on land development, retail centers, office buildings, and mixed-use developments throughout the Midwest. Our approach encompasses all phases of a project, from the initial planning and land acquisition to the final construction phase and completion.
Over the years, Lockwood has successfully developed over $1.5 billion worth of commercial projects, partnering with a diverse range of local, regional, and national businesses. Our services also include a dedicated commercial construction team and a full-service property management division.
